Single’s Day, on November 11, has become an international shopping holiday and now travelers can get in on the deals.

PLAY Airlines is offering 25 percent off flights throughout their route network in celebration of singles. The Iceland-based low-cost carrier operates flights from the Boston, New York, and Washington metropolitan areas to various destinations in Europe.

As an example, travelers can score a flight from Boston to Reykjavik, Iceland from $268, or Baltimore, MD to Amsterdam, Netherlands from $388.

PLAY Airlines network includes Athens, Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin, London, Marrakech, Paris, Prague, and more. Travelers can also add a “stayover” up to ten days on each leg, at no cost. This means that instead of a small layover or connection, travelers can leave the airport, explore Iceland for a few days, before resuming their journey.

“Whether practicing the art of traveling solo or bringing a buddy along to enjoy the trip, travelers can now book discounted flights to explore Iceland’s breathtaking landscape or take their journey further to some of Europe’s most charming cities,” a spokesperson for PLAY Airlines shared in a statement to Travel + Leisure.

The lowest price fares are in the "PLAY basic" level of service, which does not include a checked bag or carry-on bag. These additional amenities can be added separately, or through the purchase of a "basic plus" or "value" ticket.

The discount promotion is available while supplies last through November 11, 2025, and is valid on travel throughout the winter and early spring. The departure airports include Baltimore (BWI), Boston Logan International Airport, New York Stewart Airport (which is located 1 hour and 30 minutes north of New York City), and Washington Dulles (IAD). There are several restricted dates for travel, so customers should carefully review the sale’s terms before booking.

As an added bonus for the holiday, the airline is also offering a unique promotion where subscribers to their newsletter will be randomly selected to receive a free round-trip flight to any destination that the airline serves.
